ISIS is well on the way to realizing their state in Northern Arabia.
If they attack the US with a nuclear weapon, they will not only not get their state, they will be destroyed.
So, probability of this event = low.
Since they’ll be buying their weapon(s) from a third party, how would we prove to the public and world’s satisfaction that it was them?

I don’t think Obama would allow our military to drop a nuclear bomb or three on them. Our military is under his thumb and he’s not going to bomb his fellow islamists. I say this in seriousness, he won’t bomb those who believe in mohammad like he does.
