Any member of Congress who wants to read the bill in its entirety can do so.

Members of Congress never read the bill, even those that claim they do. This bill will give the president powers never before seen outside of totalitarian regimes. If you deny that I can only assume you are here as a paid stooge to spread the propaganda that this is a free trade bill.
