Actually there is a direct link between the age of the mother when she has her first child and autism. Geeky mothers who don’t have kids until their late 30’s should be expected to have children with more disabilities

Geeks tend to do more drugs than non-geeks so it seems reasonable that geeky parents would have more autistic kids.
