I would be surprised the $40k was intercepted by this crew. I think they masterminded the $40k take, forcing the father to request it be delivered. I say publicly torture them all, then wait a bit, then burn them all dead like the evil vermin they are.

It seems pretty obvious it was the quick ransom they tried. Didn’t work. This particular thug was given the assignment of getting rid of the car. Too high-profile to drive around.
