Compare Food Stamp waste and fraud with ACA subsidy waste and fraud and Medicaid waste and fraud. Will we then hear that it is only 6 billion and nothing compared to Healthcare? Then compare Health fraud to the welfare to the oligarchs and we might hear that Health fraud is nothing compared to the welfare to the rich. It all depends on one's perspective.
