Where are the state lawmakers on this issue?

Since the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate intrastate environmental issues, why are state lawmakers seemingly remaining silent about the federal government’s unconstitutional inteference in state environmental affairs?

Because they are lusting after the kickbacks and federal goodies coming their way for complying- plain and simple

It is NO longer a government by the people for the people- it is a government by the left, for themselves and no one else- period! The whoel ‘man-caused’ climate change nonsense could have been stopped in it’s tracks with scientific FACTS long ago- but BOTH parties did absolutely nothing to stop it and why? Because they are lusting after the power and money it gives them-

BOTH sides ARE corrupt- allowing this _resident to get away with one unconstitutional law after another
