He was an a-hole. The cop was a bigger a-hole for not ignoring it. He pepper sprays someone for a chickenschisse misdemeanor that can't even be enforced due to being unconstitutional.
The cop should be fired.

What is funny is he may very well win the lawsuit he files, may not be much but we the taxpayer have to pay it for the officer who couldn’t control his emotions.
