For months, many Western observers have been closely following the minute-by-minute developments concerning the battle between Islamic State and coalition forces in the hopes that such data will help them discern what the future may hold.
Yet knowledge of the end game has been available for anyone cognizant of what the Obama administration is all about.
In an article published over seven months ago, I anticipated the main developments to have taken place since U.S. President Obama declared war (i.e., air strikes) on the Islamic State in September, 2014. Titled Does Obama Need Time to Defeat or Forget ISIS? I made the following predictions, all of which have come true, and in the same sequence:
Obamas it will take time [to defeat IS] assertion prompts the following prediction: U.S. airstrikes on IS targets will continue to be just enough to pacify those calling for action against the caliphate (were doing what we can). The official [U.S. governments] narrative will be that the Islamic State is gradually being weakened, that victory is a matter of time (remember, It will take time) .Now consider how the Obama administrations actions have fulfilled these predictions, and often in the same sequence.[W]e will hear about the occasional victory against IS -- this or that leader killed or captured
Then, just as they suddenly appeared in Iraq, we will suddenly again hear -- probably first from IS itself -- that the Islamic State has made some major comeback, winning over some new piece of territory, as the caliphate continues to grow and get stronger.
The official [U.S. governments] narrative will be that the Islamic State is gradually being weakened, that victory is a matter of time

The enemy is Obama.
As has been said, “the Taliban is in the building”...the White House, that is.
Yes. It would be treason if he were an American. He, being Kenyan born, is merely enemy combatant.
Can someone explain to me WTH that means?
Before I read the caption, I thought Obama wanted a group hug, just because he’s so caring.
>>>> Obama: ‘I Don’t Think We’re Losing’ War Against ISIS
It is not up to what you THINK. What the rest of the world can see is that you don’t have any plan.
As ‘leader of the free world’, you can only fight ‘rising sea levels’. And reduce this once great nation to third world country.
I think what he means that is we need to look at Obama without over-analyzing or being too clever (like a fox).
Meaning Obama is plainly on the side of ISIS because all his actions seemed to have the result of ISIS getting stronger.
I think Obama's plan is to change the subject ("look, squirrel"...or climate change) while ISIS grows stronger and stronger.

My guess is that Obama sees ISIS as undoing the historical wrong of British partitioning the ME back in the last century. I doubt he’s a fan of ISIS but I guarantee that somewhere in his leftist brain he sees anti-colonialist justice in what ISIS is doing. That’s why he has no enthusiasm to do much about it.
“It’s All Bush’s Fault” lie worked for Obama for 6 plus years.
Obama’s legacy will be “It’s All Obama’s Fault” for the next 30 - 40 years.
THEY can (pretend to) celebrate him as “The First AA(Black) POTUS” in American history. We all know AA stands for Affirmative Action. He’s going down history book. HARD!
I think Obama is a big fan of ISIS because they are establishing the Caliphate.
I haven’t seen any evidence that Obama wants a Caliphate in the ME.
Agreed. Obama has found a unique way to arms ISIS without betraying his allegiance to their goals. If he were to openly support them with arms he would face domestic and international backlash, so, he has devised a procedure whereby he arms the Iraqis, who in turn upon first opportunity cut and run, leaving all equipment and ammunition to ISIS. Rinse and repeat!
The Pentagon announced they will be shipping 2,000 anti-tank rockets to Iraq within a week. It will be interesting to see how long it will take for the Iraqis to hand them over to ISIS.
Excellent analysis.
That’s why many now call it the White Mosque.
Is your head stuck in the desert sand?
Wait til Baghdad falls and IS pushs into Saudi Arabia. Can Iran hold them back? Maybe, but then again, maybe Iran is over streached. This might be the last fight between these two branches of Islam—One side must win, the other lose. This might be why Iran wants nukes? One big win and IS is well on the way to becoming the dominate power in the Middle East.
