Meanwhile , one month after the riots, Baltimore’s crime rate has skyrocketed.
Cops are sitting on their hands, afraid to make arrests out of fear of situation escalating and having to use deadly force.
I’ll bet subsequent photos taken seconds or minutes later showed these same people ducking gunshots from their neighbors.
