Yes, they need resources. Also a secure rear area for logistics and medical support. Their greatest danger would be betrayal so they must go with a reliable sponsor(!). My advice would be to seek support from the Syrian or Saudi government. Preferably Syria. They could operate out of a port. Syria is full of foreigners and Assad isn’t going to worry about any stigma in using them. He’s already using Iranian Hezbollah.
Since the Muslims have some of our vehicles and weapons ....taking them back to the rightful owners would be OK with me.
