Religions:
Muslim 87.2%, Christian 7%, Roman Catholic 2.9%, Hindu 1.7%, other 0.9% (includes Buddhist and Confucian), unspecified 0.4% (2010 est.)
Interesting that you listed them separately. Trying to start another FR shouting match?
The Indonesian brand of Islam is a much different kettle of fish than the Shias and Wahabbi Sunnis of the Arab world. In fact, the further you get away from Mecca, the more civilized the Moslems become.
The efforts by the Wahabbis to get madrassas set up in Indonesia have only really had success in Aceh and the Indonesian security forces do a dammed good job of keeping the nut cases on a pretty tight leash. Indonesia is actually a pretty decent model for how a multi-ethnic, multi-religious, and multi-cultural nation can operate when it is decently governed.
Roman Catholic is Christian so that should be 9.9%.
