Nebraska has eleven cons on death row.
Nebraska has carried out three executions since 1976.
Texas has carried out 525 executions since 1976.
Therefore Nebraska must have almost no crime at all.
I just checked TX and NE demographics on the US Census Bureau website.
NE has 3.8% as many blacks as TX (if that might mean anything - or not)
To be in line with TX, NE should have had 20 executions during the same period.
So, yeah; less crime, but probably due more to less aggressive sentencing in NE, for whatever reason.
