Shouldn’t really matter to Sarah. If she was a diehard supporter of Obamacare,
it really doesn’t matter if it works or not,
because once she feels good about herself as a good person
for advocating “affordable healthcare for all”,
it’s mission accomplished - no need to look at the fallout of reality.

Even a casual scan of Obamacare revealed the huge deductibles. You did not have to be an insurance underwriter to see it. Only people unfamiliar with insurance deductibles did not understand what a rip it was.
