Then demand as well as quality went down and they fired a bunch of people, leaving only the blood cleaner and the body removers. Problem with that was neither was qualified and training programs were discontinued. So they are outsourcing it.
Now they are trying to bring it back in house but I heard that most qualified executioners are getting better pay and benefits with ISIS.
