What will Iran do if Assad falls? Wrong question. What will Israel do.
I’m pretty sure that ISIS is hardcore Sunni. Under no circumstances would they play ball with Shite Iran.
Israel is the one who takes out damascus not ISIS.
Obama’s plan is a bit more focused than Carter’s. Obama is working toward a new Caliphate, destruction of Israel and the West. There have been a few stumbles, but so far the plan is going in the direction he wants it to go.
Obama will take action to stop them... uhhh ... sometime.
I had thought that Iran is in fact funding Shiite militias in Iraq and Syria to fight ISIS. In any event, that Shia Sunni divide is definitely going to limit how powerful ISIS can get - ISIS is most likely going down hard if/when they try to force their way into the Shiite strongholds of Iraq. There is probably a reason the success they have had in Iraq and Syria has been in regions furthest away from Iran, i.e. Anbar.
I’m well aware of that - however, ISIS will overtake Damascus and will fight Israel. Put your thinking cap on - the goal of Islam is to destroy Israel - connect the dots.
However it happens, Damascus will fall and become a ruins. The ultimate goal of Islam is to destroy the Jewish nation of Israel. We are seeing BIble prophecy being fulfilled at a rapid rate. Of course, we don’t know how long - but, just as sure as the sun rises in the east and sets in the west - Damascus will fall and be utterly destroyed.
And Lebanon is a ripe plumb for the picking after Syria falls.

We don’t know when - but ISIS is on the move very quickly. And, if I understand the BIble - most of the time destruction is caused by invading armies. So, I believe this will be the case - war will break out - especially, if they try to attack Israel. Why are you so skeptical? Bible prophecy is being fulfilled right before our very eyes.
