Around the same time as the Twin Peaks shoot out, there were two other incidents in the same area. Either leakers from Twin Peaks, or people that never made it there. I honestly think the locals thought there was going to be a wide spread war and decided to hold everybody, especially since they didn’t know who all the shooters were. I think that’s a big stretch to hold them this long, but I don’t know about Texas law.
