Disagree. President Cruz could place 2-3 like-minded justices on the Supreme Court during an 8 year term. His power to undue the damage at every level of the executive branch would go further, too. Ted Cruz is the best man for POTUS.
You may find that the GOPe will change their mind about the President having a right to his appointments.
