Way too much angle on the missile. Should be nearly vertical. Why would you "shoot" at an angle through more water to reach the surface (at a given depth)?

Edges of the exhaust cloud are too sharp on the right near the top, too soft/blended on the lower left.

Sea surface too calm, no wave/spray from forcing the missile and gas bubble through it? Come on...

Exhaust cloud too dirty. Even if they were using an ugly gas generator... This looks like an exhaust and debris plume from a ground based launch.

Of course it is a fake. The problem is though if they can fake it, they can think it. Given the proliferation / theft of technology, eventually they will come up with a working version. Then the Norks will be the mouse that roared.
