I'm not sure anyone has thought this through, unless what they want is out-of-control chaos. The masters support invader rights and "black lives matter" inititatives. The problem is that either of those two groups getting their way works against the other. What happens when invaders protests are in close proximity to black protests? Mix in some radical Islamicists to stir the pot. I'd think the result could get totally violent and out of control.
I think that's precisely the plan!
