You are being kind in calling Brown a flaming idiot. In my opinion, he is a Class 1 A**hole.

We need desalination plants up and down the CA coast. But NOOOOO, Brown has to spend billions on a useless train. This drought situation has been coming on for years because California has a history of rainy and dry years. Just take a look at the annual rainfall over the past 100 years.

Now, Brown is acting like a dictator and forcing every water district in the state to conform to his mandate. The problem is that some water districts do not really have a water shortage while others are in dire straits. I wish that at least one of these districts would file suit against Brown.

Then we have the matter that agriculture consumes 80% of the water with industry at about 10% and residential use at 10%. So, a 35% reduction in residential use only equates to a 3.5% reduction. Plus, many homeowners have been conserving for the past 3 years or so, and now they are being told they need to reduce consumption by 35% above what they have been using those same years. What madness.

Between Brown and the legislature which is totally under control of the Democrats, there is no hope for this state.

Today, the LA city council voted to implement a $15 minimum wage. Go ahead. When hundreds of businesses leave town, you jerks will be stuck with having to support the world’s largest illegal immigrant and welfare population.
