Columba Bush stepped more fully into public view in the past week, campaigning with her husband in Iowa on Saturday, attending a fundraiser yesterday in Miami and today penning an op/ed in the Des Moines Register in support of the Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
She also joined Twitter.

Columba would in some ways have to be better than what we have now. I suspect her advocacy for illegal immigrants would have me gagging in short order.
I generally don’t like going after wives. Their public stances are fair game.

All this negative publicity might hurt her chances of becoming the NFL's first female line backer.

It is sad that the Bushes, and almost everyone, is pandering to illegals and South of the border immigrants. It’s not as bad as Africa but pretty close. They have voted for caudillos for generations. Caudillos like Peron, Pinochet, Chavez. All sut from the same marxist cloth. And republicans somehow think pandering to them for breaking the law is going to get them to vote for them? The one who would vote republican was deported. The rest want their free stuff and the democrats are giving it to them.
