"They absolutely have a right to refuse service

You know what? That's wrong.

More and more and more, private property in fact is not really private.

Many times these days if you refuse service to someone very hostile to civil society, you can LOSE YOUR BUSINESS.

Yesterday it was fags pretending they wanted cakes, and now?

Well, it could go ANYWHERE.

They do indeed have a right to refuse service. Ask any number of restaurants that require a collared shirt or a tie. Dress codes can be enforced all day long.

You may not refuse service based on race or religion or the other protected classes. But yes, you may indeed have a dress code in a restaurant.

Okay, so you would okay gangs as this owner did voluntarily? Maybe you are also the problem. Really, refusing service would be a right when violence is or might be involved..geez! This owner decided to allow and probably encouraged these gangs to visit his restaurant (wanted the money I guess). Probably an ex-gang member himself. He is paying the price and deservedly so!

If biker clubs were allowed into Twin Peaks, that was the owners choice and he has to live with his decisions. You seem to think that choice should only be by those that think like you do.

It’s legal to ban “colors” in Colorado, and it’s in practice in most clubs that need the ban.
