Thanks, do you think any members are gainfully employed, or are the gang activities full time?

It varies. Some are business owners or have regular 9-5 jobs. For others, the motorcycle club-and all that entails- is their life. Most are somewhere on the spectrum in between. For instance, a guy might have a motorcycle shop that does legitimate repair work, and also deal in stolen parts. A lot of them age out of it too. A guy might have been involved in nefarious activities in his twenties and thirties, then gotten wise or tired of the BS, and be mostly a bystander by the time he hits forty. Still wearing the colors and going on rides, but otherwise not too actively involved.
It just varies.
Well there was this guy, an engineer employed by Austin’s Public Works department. His salary is betweeen $99k and $100k per year: http://www.kcentv.com/story/29104527/city-of-austin-employee-arrested-in-waco-biker-gang-shooting
Weird thing is that they are saying that he bonded out along with 2 others by mistake at a low amount, and now there are warrants out for their arrest. http://www.newsweek.com/three-waco-texas-shooting-biker-gang-members-accidentally-released-jail-333554
