It has been my opinion that Obama is moving a large body of militants into the U. S. from Syria and other places.
When the citizens have to confront this, it will be interesting who the federal government will side with.
Our own government officials are setting up a war zone in the U. S. It will be broad-spread IMO.
Certain concentrations of these people will constitute something like an army column. Others in cities will become hit and run terrorists plain and simple.

40 ISIS fighters have returned to the US? SO much for that asshole Jeh Jeh Johnson at DHS. A more useless POS cannot be found. Same for ICE, but ICE has been crippled by Comrade Obama, Holder (Now Lynch), Harry Reid/Nancy Pelosi, and the anti-security lobby (ACLU, La Raza, CAIR,etc).
If the Congress had any guts, they would vote to declare ISIS “an international criminal enterprise” and say that anyone who helped ISIS is a “criminal” under RICO statutes/terminology, and subject to immediate arrest upon entry into the US. Mere membership, by card or deed, would make these American citizen fighters for ISIS “criminals” and would be convicted of “belonging to an international criminal organization” which would carry a specific jail sentence of its own.
We obviously can’t convict them on “terrorism” charges without eyewitnesses and demonstrative documentation (films of their fighting/committing atrocities), etc. Therefore use the existing RICO statutes by expanding them to terrorism organizations who rob banks, steal property, put women into sexual slavery (sex trafficking), abuse children sexually for military purposes (child abuse), etc.
All we need is an American leadership with balls and brains, neither of which the Obama dictatorship or Congress, has.
If I were to run for the presidency, this is one of the programs I would run on and I would demand that Congress pass this law amending the Racketeering Influenced and Criminal Organization(s) Act (RICO).
Or, I would put out an Executive Order doing it, and fire any government employee who refused to carry it out. It is time to clean out the outhouse that is the Dept. of Justice, ICE, Dept. of Homeland Security, the JCS, etc.
As Harry Truman once said, “The buck stops here”! I would say, either you do your job, or your employment and paycheck stop here (and you will never be eligible to work for the federal govt again).
