The thinking was that if thousands of hamburgers were served with bad meat, that it would reduce the need for toilet paper.
The idea was that if we scattered millions of nails on the road, so many cars would have flat tires that we would save the planet by reducing the carbon footprint.

I recently completed a two week hospital stay, I’m guessing at least $100K but I’ll never see a bill. I know, from experience with my wife’s hospital stays. Hospitals, at least around these parts, quit sending itemized bills directly to patients years ago and just send them to insurers. Too much fraud going on that they don’t want potential whistle blower patients to know about.

While I was in, I asked for a box of tissues, a nurse brought them to me and scanned the bar code on the box before leaving them with me. Probably about a $40 box of Kleenex.

Since when does America care about anything except Kim Kardashian’s ass, the new Apple iCrockpot, the blockbuster ‘Transformer 72, Rise of Putting Superstars’ and the never, ever, ever ending playoffs ? Will Tom Brady ever win the Triple Crown ? Will a gay horse ever compete in the Super Bowl ? A transgendered giraffe win an Oscar for best musical juxtaposition of mammal vs climate change ? These are the issues that define America’s place in history. Some might think that this country has become an insane asylum. The mandatory apology to insane asylums is required. Looked at from an arm’s length, it’s really kind of sad. Maybe the termites or cockroaches will do a better job. That is, up to the point where they discover LGBTSMism and all the rights and privileges due to those requiring transgenderification. It is impossible to satirize America. I guess freedom and liberty were just never meant for the human race. The only thing for an American to be thankful for is old age, the older the better.

You gotta do what you gotta do. You have to have coverage and the exchanges are sometimes the only option.
I don’t blame people for being on Obamacare. The law was passed to pigeonhole people into it. It’s the law that is bad, not those forced to use it. Besides, other than those getting huge subsidies, the coverage is like that of a catastrophic plan with a price tag of a great policy.

I don’t see that enough on this forum. I thought i was the only one pointing it out every chance I get.
If we can’t get conservatives here to see the planned destruction that is imminent , I don’t know how we can avoid the outcome.
