Every day I am just so happy that some people here were screaming and putting up post after post after post after nauseating post that Romney was just as bad as Obama. Well, I guess that taught the GOP a lesson they will never forget.

Your angst is sorely misguided Doug. Romney didn’t lose because of a few FReepers’ posts...or a few conservatives staying home election night.
He lost because of a piss-poor campaign. He and his advisors wimped out when the Democratic and kneepad media lies went flying. Obvious and pervasive voter fraud was never challenged by the GOPe. Voter intimidation by the black panthers was never challenged (maybe the BP was the reason many conservatives felt forced not to vote, ever think of that?). And FOX did not help in any meaningful way either. Remember the military ballots that never reached our shores? Funny, I don’t remember Rove or Preibus or Will or Kelly or Romney making a stink about that absolute atrocity, not to mention the slap in the face of our soldiers.
All the same goes for the McCain campaign as well.
Republicans lose presidential elections because they are losers. Period.
