The Rev. Billy Graham also was weary of being alone with any female. I've read that if he was traveling alone and the agency sent a female chauffeur, he would simply refuse and requested that a male driver be substituted. When possible, remove any temptation from your life.

It is not just about removing temptation. Billy Graham knew that any story about him that alleged sexual impropriety would be immediately accepted by a large portion of the population that was hostile to him and his ministry. So he was very careful to make it impossible for anybody to allege such a story, by never being in a position where it could be a he said/she said situation.

Billy Graham wasn't removing temptation from his life, he was removing the possibility of a false claim of sexual harassment or worse. People in his position have to aggressively prevent false claims.
For example, when my pastor counsels a female, he always has another woman present taking notes along with the door open. This is not to remove any temptation of infidelity, this is to remove any possibilities of false claims. In addition, he will counsel a female only once. After that, they are referred to a Christian counseling service. He is never alone with another woman, ever. The same goes for the church staff. A man and a woman are not allowed to even be in a car together to go get lunch, etc.
