Clinton files IIRC contained raw FBI data, not all of it actionable.

In this political climate with msm help, mere public disclosure is sufficient to bring down anybody that is perceived as an enemy.

A police stop for peeing in a ditch at 3am in total darkness can get one tagged with a sex crime, exposing oneself in public.

Facts don’t matter, it’s the seriousness of the charge. Harry Reid is a prime example of the legally immune accuser spouting all manner of slanders which are dutifully reported by the msm and then taken up by mindless drones to repeat ad infinitum.
