I trace the Clinton Foundation's business model after the Kennedy clan's "Home Heating Assistance to the Poor" charity. The Kennedy bunch collected money from all kinds of sources to provide assistance to the poor to pay their utility bills. The charity consumed 87 cents out of every dollar in operating, travel,and administrative expense overheads. The remaining 13 cents went to it's stated purpose. This was in the 80's, 90's, and when or if it stopped I do not know?

The Clintons went global with it, fed it steroids, and used it as an extortion money laundering scheme.
