It's women in any generation, really. Summertime is slob season (and one of many reasons I hate it). The other day I saw a teenaged girl in a cute dress, wearing flip-flops. Those things totally ruined her look.
That reminds me that this week I saw a young lady who caught my attention. She was cute, but what prompted a second look was that she was wearing a modest blouse, a fetching knee-length skirt, and shoes appropriate for her attire. The ensemble made her more attractive because she wasn’t wearing ill-fitting jeans, a sweatshirt, and Crocs.
