This kid will never be executed. Thirty years of appeals, and then they won’t be able to give the lethal injection because no pharma will be willing to supply the drugs.

Yeah, but maybe it is a sign that people are getting “fed up” with this kind of crap. That is “liberal Boston” that handed down that penalty. Interesting, anyway.
I never thought in a million years that a jury in Massachusetts would decide on the death penalty. But we’ll be stuck with the bill to keep him alive while he awaits a sentence that will never be carried out due to all the appeals.
Unless they execute him in the next 48 hours, grind him up and feed him to pigs, there is no justice in the world.
Did he get convicted of 1 or 27 counts?

He’ll be shipped off Terre Haute. This is a Federal case. There is no death penalty in Massachusetts, although we voted it in 3 times on a referendum.
