Most of us make an effort to be sensitive to other people's feelings regardless of race. But a study produced by the University of Illinois claims we shouldn't even bother. The fact that you are white causes people of color discomfort.

I prefer the much sexier microminiagressions.
I was coming out of 7-11 the other day and a 20 something young woman with Blue and Green hair was coming in. As we passed I said “Your hair looks stupid”.
Does that count?
“Sorry, I refuse to believe in micro-aggressions.”
That is, itself, a macro-aggression. It’s called “refusing to validate the experience of a person of color”, or somesuch, and it is double plus ungood thoughtcrime.
“Once everyone starts using “people of color”, that phrase will be deemed racist, you know.”
When dominant oppressors (e.g., white, cis-male, hetereosexuals) adopt the language of the oppressed, that is called “cultural appropriation”, and it has always been a feature of white, cis-male, heteronormal imperialism.
People cannot seem to grasp that we are undergoing a conquest by The Third World which world includes American blacks. Whites who created this country and managed it until 2008 are being replaced; politically, socially, religiously, culturally and economically. It has taken a coalition managed by members of another civilization to effectuate the ongoing conquest. The conquest is unique in that it is due to unremitting media propaganda in action 24 hours per day 7 days per week-(I even see cartoons showing replacement)- attacking every aspect of the pre-2008 culture. Western Civilization will be the only Civilization in history conquered by means of words.
and atto-agitations?
I refuse to cease breathing.
That they feel “unwelcome” is solely on them and their very LOW SELF-ESTEEM!
This is the screed of somebody who’s touting feelings over reality and is literally the stuff of Nazi’s.
Germans had discomforts too...Islamists do also...
That is so white.
They don’t use the term “colored people” because the term “colored” was used in the South during segregation to distinguish facilities for black Americans from facilities from white Americans. It is, in fact, racist.
Here’s a link to signs from that era:
In addition, the term people of color includes Hispanics, Asians, and any other group having non-white skin (including Middle Eastern and South Asian peoples that, despite skin tones ranging from nearly white to ash gray, are all racially Caucasians).
Of course, when the critics really want to put white MEN in their box, the term “people of color and women” is used to incorporate (and isolate) white women from white men.
Yeah, about them. I just pulled blue out of the air. Should have said plaid ...
Double checking that your car doors are locked when you find yourself driving on a Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue is a hate crime. Just ask this guy.
“The only way we can stop committing aggression is for White people to simply become extinct. But, if that ever happened, it would be one of those teachable Be careful what you wish for events.”
Definitely; at this point NJ cities are begging for the descendants of the European settlers to “re-settle” the cities. The fed and state spigots are dry, so they’ll have to rely on what they can generate in the cities themselves - and it ain’t pretty. Newark NJ laid off more than 160 cops during a record-setting murder spree; mayor (now senator) Cory Booker took a lot of heat from the left for suggesting that private capital was necessary help Newark (because he realized the population of gibsmedats was contributing nothing).
because he realized the population of gibsmedats was contributing nothing.....
Rhetoric aside, too many liberal politicans care nothing about solving actual problems. In fact, politically, it is their best interest to make the problems WORSE, as their voting base does not hold them accountable for failure. For them, it is all about being elected into a position of power. That is the Alpha and the Omega.
After all, if you’re living in a dung heap, it’s best to be on top, no?
He was being slammed by them because he couldn’t keep the freebies flowing; he was only elected when the corrupt Sharpe James, who had beaten him, became toxic (and went on to jail). Even his election to the senate was celebrated more by white libs than the black urban population; they felt towards him as many of them feel about Obama today: a huge disappointment. Billboards and buses had large advertisements screaming “Stop the Killing!” as the city deteriorated further, and Booker did nothing to improve the situation.
Newark was just a stepping-stone to higher office for Booker, and the blacks realized it.
