And .. the first thing I thought of was the attack strategy may have changed.
What I mean by that is the recent deaths of young men in and around the Great Lakes area - and I wondered if the killers gave up that project because it was too risky to perform. And, in the winter, there were no bodies of water available (because of ice) in which to dump the bodies.
So, on to bigger and better things. Mass transit; trains, planes, boats, etc. Maybe just as much risk, but more deaths. Anybody who thinks these events do not have the potential for terrorism are not paying attention.

On I-70 in W.MD, I am suddenly seeing signs with variants of “Report suspicious activity” and “Report terror” messages popping up.
They’re the standard electric signs normally used for traffic alerts.

Fox News reported this morning that in 1943 a passenger train derailed in almost this exact spot, killing 79 people, mostly WWII soldiers home on leave.
It is a dangerous curve and the speed limit is only 55 at that point.
From the looks of the wreckage, I’d say the engineer was speeding and went off the rails.....................
