I confess I liked Soap. It was quirky and actually funny. Unfortunately, as shows like that gain acceptance, more of them are produced so that now we are bombarded with them — all in an effort to compel us to accept sin as normal and natural behavior. Brainwashing at its finest.

SOAP was great comedy. Granted I was a kid when it ran and some stuff was above my head.

The physical comedy and writing I got most of and loved it.

I did too. Aside from the homosexual character (who they showed having drug, suicide, and mental stability problems), the rest of the family’s dynamics was hysterical.

It didn’t seem agenda-driven. Just goofy.

"A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down." Of course they intend to make it entertaining. How better to get it to spread and take root?
