How is that parallel? Neither country’s going to attack each other in either the military (they’ve been cooperating in that capacity for a decade now, something that Adolf and Uncle Josef never did) or cyber theaters.
Take a look at Merkel and Putin’s “agreement” over Ukraine for something like that. The roles are a bit reversed there, but there is the resurrected theme of chopping up Europe between the two.
