Hillary was legally constrained by SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED (SBU) Security Classification utilized at the Department of State in lieu of UNCLASSIFIED. The Department of State (DOS), specifically created the Security Classification of SBU to prevent "UNCLASSIFIED" Information from being handled as FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY, and employees all know that they are not permitted to send any work related information to a personal Email Account, but that all electronic data transmission must be kept inside the DoS server network of US Government Computer Networks.
I personally was a Foreign Service Specialist performing the duties of an Information Management Specialist who was for the purposes of Email and Server/Network Security working under the direct chain-of-command of Diplomatic Security. Had I or anyone working on a Department of State Computer System became embroiled in a situation where the transmission of DOS work related information was sent on to Yahoo, Gmail, or other non-US Government servers, a security investigation would have been initiated by the Information Systems Security Officer under the guidance of Diplomatic Security with it being an active case all the way to Washington DC.
Hillary is in trouble. If she is not in trouble, the USG can just drop computer network operations and use Chinese or Russian servers for that matter. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE?
bttt, with hope!
Or perhaps more appropriately...WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE!
