I will give you the answer. First this HP thing means nothing to but a few voters. Nobody's going to care much about her allegedly running HP into the ground. She worked there five years for goodness sake. Most jobs last around that long so it's not like she killed the company within a year. AND...HP is still very much around so....I don't think it's going to matter all that much.
Beyond that....you ask what makes her a good candidate for the second spot......SHE'S A WOMAN!
Because if the Republicans have not learned a thing they should know to get some sort of decent representative of a so-called "minority" out there representing the Republican party. Cause few people don't like Obama because of his race, come on. And plenty of Republicans will vote for Ben Carson.
Firorini is way above Hillary and so far she seems to be the only female out there seeking the job. She talks a good game and what else do we have to judge these people by but their verbiage.
On talent and experience alone, the VP slot maybe belongs to a Huckabee....or a Santorum. But Fiorina, she's a female. Bout time the Republicans get some females out there else the world will think Hillary is some sort of typical American female.
I'm a woman. Vote for me.
Seriously, there are a whole lot of better female candidates than Fiorina. It would depend on who the nominee is, of course, but Martinez in New Mexico or Fallin in Oklahoma would be decent selections. If you want to go to the Senate then Capito from West Virginia. The GOP bench is deep. We don't need to rely on people like Fiorina.
Hate to break it to you Fish, but women are Democrats first and use the woman thing as justification. Look at Palin and who were the most vicious.
I agree with you Pat. R’s need a woman at least to compete for ticket and be treated fairly.
I do not agree that Santorum or the Huckster are good for 2nd spot. I feel their time has come and gone and they have been found wanting.
Definitely a woman: Condoleezza? or Carly
