Kerry Urges House to Pass Iran Bill Without Changes

PARIS - Secretary of State John Kerry is urging the House to pass the Senate version of the Iran nuclear bill without changes.
On Friday in Paris, Kerry called the bill that overwhelmingly passed the Senate on Thursday a "reasonable and acceptable compromise."
Speaking alongside Saudi Arabia's foreign minister, Kerry noted how 150 members of Congress signed a letter supporting Obama's efforts and saying he should be able to negotiate without interference. Kerry says negotiators now must get down to the "nitty-gritty" details and hammer out an agreement.

Obama is meeting with the Saudi King next week. I bet he is going to lean on him hard to stop this talk about Saudi Arabia starting its own nuclear weapons program if the Iran deal is a bad one for the gulf Arab states. Obama will try to make him an offer he can’t refuse.

The point of the Rats letter is that it would take 146 House members to sustain a veto.
So if the Corker bill passes unamended and the 150 House Rats that signed the letter stood with the President on his wretched “deal”, then the Corker bill stops nothing.
