How does this work? Obama sends a treaty to the senate. The senate fails to ratify it then Obama vetoes what the senate DID NOT do and the treaty becomes law? The senate should just go home. Obama has already taken dictatorial control. Remember, all dictators have people in legislative positions that approve everything the dictator wants.
The Corker bill is explicitly conceding to Obama that any Iranian deal is not a treaty. Corker is waving the white flag on another Obama caesarism move.
