“a significant percentage of people lying to posters because they perceive their actual action as socially unacceptable.”
Given the absolute BLIZZARD of Media hatred toward UKIP, including wide play of labor’s “Voting for UKIP would mean SUICIDE for Britain” statement, I can see why.
Fourth seat in—Swindon North—a safe Conservative seat—the Conservatives over performing according to the model, by 5-6 points, UKIP over performing by about 3, Labour and LDs underperforming. I think that the LDs have underperformed in all four ridings, UKIP overperformed, and the incumbent party met or beaten expectations.
Was he ever favoured? How high is his seat ranked among the possible UKIP seats?
In one live update model, UKIP is tracking positively—now projected at three seats, with a possible high of five. http://electionforecast.co.uk/#

First recount of the night
Posted at 01:03
There is a recount in Bradford West where George Galloway has been fighting one of the most bitter campaigns in this election.
He was odds on favourite until tonight.
I pray I’m wrong, but its not looking good.
He has said he’ll resign if he loses. If he does - you can stick a fork in this country, we’re done.
Fifth in Putney—London burb—safe Conservative seat, conservatives slightly overperforming according to model, UKIP nearly doubling expectations, but still only about 5%.

They are straining mightily to try and not mention the word “UKIP”

Nigel Farage gone?
SIxth in—a Newcastle seat up by the first three—safe Labour, but Labour underperforming, Conservatives slightly over, UKIP moreso—about 7 points.
Labour talking head on BBC.
Not voting for Labour means that all these people could lose their Free Schit handouts.
How could people vote against their own best interests?
It’s “Self Delusion”.
George Galloway reported to police
Posted at 01:15
Bradford Council has reported Respect’s George Galloway to the police for allegedly breaking election law for tweeting about exit polls before polls closed, the BBC has learned.
The returning officer made the report to officers after the party leader retweeted Respect’s own exit poll before voting finished at 22:00 BST.
That was Neil Kinnock. Hopefully, Joe Biden was watching to get new talking points.
I’d tweet sh*t to Galloway but he’s already blocked me.
Labour just got clobbered in a London-Area, Battersea, that they expected to swing.
So it seems that even the London area is sick of “Hope-n-Change”
Wrexham first really interesting result—Conservaives up 6, UKIP about 13, all at the expense of the LDs—Labour takes the seat by 5—if the Conservatives had managed to pull a majority of the LD defectors, they would have taken the seat.
Hopefully, Galloway is defeated. He is a disgrace.
LD is the biggest loser. I bet UKIP gets more votes (not seats) than LD to become the third largest party in terms of voters.
LD had 47 seats in the outgoing Parliament so this is an electoral wipeout for them. Labour has also lost a bunch of seats.
The Tories have gained 14+ seats over the 302 they had last time so its pretty good night for them.
Looks like there will be Conservative government running the British government. I hope we will have a Conservative government running our country come noon on January 20, 2017.
Rather hilarious listening to the BBC Talking Heads trying to explain why the pre-election polls were so wrong, and why UKIP is getting so many votes.
