You can call Jesus pretty much anything you want and armed gunmen won’t show up to shoot you for it; you’ll probably even get on TV. But put pen to paper to draw a stick figure and call it Mohammad, and they’ll lead the chorus condemning you for your insensitivity. If you’re lucky you may even live long enough to hear it.

Decent people wondered, years ago, how the left could show gleeful support of an “artist” (taxpayer-funded, IIRC) calling a cross in a jar of urine, “art”, and supported the “artist’s” right to do so. Left, thy name is hypocrisy (and cognitive dissonance, and selective amnesia). But they knew, of course, that no Christian was going to attack them with violence to either their bodies or their property over it.
