Now that you mention it, what DOES Jade Helm stand for? There's usually a specific rationale behind these designations for military exercises.

I always thought that Operation “Praying Mantis” should have been named:
“Go kick Iran’s [expletive deleted]”
But that was, at the time, my opinion...
