OK, let me explain for the math challenged. All the technology in the world cannot make a soldier be in more then one place at a time. At any given moment one soldier is sleeping, one is maintaining/training and one is actually on patrol. Plus support troops. So lets say you wan to occupy Baltimore. You need to figure how many troops to maintain martial law, this is WITHOUT an insurgency, then multiply by a factor of three. So lets say you figure 10,000 troops. That works out to 30,000 just for one city! The standing Army is approximately 1/2 million. It’s not enough by a long shot EVEN with technology as a force multiplier.
You believe Jade Helm is the Obama military training for confrontations with blacks in Baltimore? Obama is a Marxist, race riots don’t bother him. The acronym for “Helm” means:
HELM = Homeland Eradication of Local Militants
Now just who are these “local militants” that the Obama administration are so concerned with?
Perhaps they are planning on making whichever city they occupy first an example.
The Gestapo was relatively small - 32,000 in 1944. They operated not only in Germany but in occupied territories. They used civilian informants and of course, fear and intimidation, in lieu of boots on the ground.
This allows you to reduce the number of troop required. Cut the power, since most of the electricity generated is outside the city limits. Use image enhancement, FLIR and drone patrols, and you can see anything in the dark and kill it. Now, you can choke off any food or water going into the city. There is perhaps five days food, 24 hours of water, city wide, in stores and warehouses. Two weeks before surrender? A month until cannibalism?
