Earlier today the police approached a man on the street in Baltimore suspected of carrying a firearm. Before the police could reach him the man took off running. During the pursuit the suspects handgun either fell, or was dropped, as he fled. The suspects gun went off when it hit the ground. Fortunately no-one was hit by the discharge. The man was tackled by the chasing officers and then, out of an abundance of caution, transported via ambulance.
No police officer fired their weapons. No-one was shot. The only firearm discharge was from the fleeing suspect as his firearm hit the ground.
Now watch this video of how a female eye-witness, injected her perception of the event, and quickly reported it to the media and enraged the community. Passionate, angry, tearful and adamant about what she witnessed.

Poor choice of words on my part.
My meaning was that a second hand testimony is not worth as much as an eyewitness testimony.
I didn’t mean worthless, when I wrote it was worth less(than the eyewitness testimony).
FWIW, I have also noticed an almost masonic-like cliche dismissing eyewitness testimony amongst those who promote corruption. IMHO, such dismissal is a contagion which needs to be squelched.
Perhaps corraboration / confirmation by a second witness might be a better response to dismissal of eyewitness testimony.
And that is a typical bigot statement.
She is probably typical of certain types of ghetto women, but it is her subculture and not her color at work here.

Thank you. I was hoping somewhat would help me leap-frog the click bait.
Ignore my last comment. Sorry.
Unfortunately, these are the types of people who compose JURIES.
Scary, huh?
It's all drama and emotion for those folks. The way they get in officers faces and taunt them is beyond despicable....yet they call cops and medics on a constant for every little thing that happens to them in their hood. They use them as surrogates for the lack of parents throughout their life. When things get overwhelming, even when they're causing it, they call the cops or medics like children calling parents.
.....”Bull. They get things wrong all the time, and will quickly lie with little motivation”...
So what, I could care if they get things wrong or lie with the likes of folks in the hood and the crap they have to put up with from dead beat people. When the community can stop running to the defense of criminals and druggies , and be informative when crime happens in their communities. Then we can talk about what cops do or don’t do. Meanwhile I give them whatever it takes to “survive” even stepping on those streets with the likes of those people.
Here’s hoping that you’re next.
Cheers, my tyrannical FRiend.

I was actually quoting (para-quoting?) Obama when he referred (in "Dreams From My Father") to his own grandmother as a "typical white woman" because she allegedly would cross the street rather than pass a black man on the sidewalk.
Yes, it is grotesquely bigoted and racist, just like the slob of a man who put it in writing. That was my point.
