Were it ten trillion towards jobs, would it matter? I’ve been around these neighborhoods. No one wants to work, they want to hang around bodegas and delis and brag about how they aren’t b...es because they didn’t snitch in jail or visited their child once in the past 2 months, or bought a new piece, etc.
Most of them wouldn’t work if you offered them $100 an hour to do inventory for a blind liquor store owner.
Who would want to hire them? No job skills, rotten attitudes.
