How many times does it have to be said? The crisis is in the lack of community policing. If police were stationed where people actually lived and they walked beats, they wouldn't be racing from somewhere else into the middle of bad situations.

OH politicians are very quick to give all money to construction projects and schemes to give services that concentrate wealth and power upward. How about giving money back to communities, and let them decide how to spend it?

Boeher knows that. In OH, it's a huge problem that cities and towns are being deprived funds while unnecessary and even damaging construction projects get funded.

The crisis revolves around the fact that a large portion of black males between the age of 15 and 35 want to commit crime and the police won’t let them.

If the “crisis” is resolved in these black males favor, they will be extinct within ten years. The peaceful majority will simply use prosecutional discretion in regards to their elimination.

gee with 1.2 Million on the force in the US, and maybe a few incidents a month, I’d say cops are doing a descent job. They are mostly 20 something kids who are not fully grown themselves who are coping with animals 8 hours a day.
