1. It as a club meeting after school. It was incidental to the operation of the club and therefore NOT organized.
2. If MY taxes are paying for it , I WANT religious belief to be there.

For the sake of argument , let's say I'm a taypaying Muslim Imam. My hometown is in northern Syria. One of my congregants gets a job as a teacher at the local High School. I prompt him to set up a voluntary Islamic pray club. It is held after school. All the prayer rugs and Korans are donated by private individuals. We spead notice of the meeting by word of mouth. We sweep up after we leave and reset the desks just the way we found them. We even bring our own bullhorn to do the call to prayer. You as a taxpayer have financed our meeting house.
