I think the NYC cops made a hell of a statement.
When the public learns that cops are the revenue for the city they will realize as well who is the demon.
But yet public unions (such as police unions) give 99% of their support and money to democrats.
Insane pensions trump justice for six police officers.

"Aiding and abetting Riot" should stick legally.
"Official Malfeasance of Office" will also legally direct responsibility and accountability,.. and open civil punative law suits .
Honestly, this well deserved petition will actually probably help the mayor cement her popularity among the black population. Remember the re-election of Marion Berry, DC mayor.
Of course the petition needs to go forward regardless, perhaps passing to the Supreme Court, if it’s taken seriously and before this is over. It was an appalling sight to behold and all America viewed it LIVE.

I turned on Channel 880, WCBS, for the morning news. Unfortunately, Face the Nation was just coming on. On this morning’s show was state senator Catherine Pugh, a black woman. She went on and on praising the mayor’s having the 6 policemen arrested, droning on and on about what terrible things black people have had to experience as far as poverty and overrepresentation in jails, etc. What got my attention was when she said that there has to be “a redistribution of wealth”. I guess she means the black looters taking what wasn’t theirs. I guess the gibsmedats take their cue from idiot Commie hags like this. Sure sounds good if you’re a politician with no brain and no other assets: “Whitey owes you!”

There is a some statistical extrapolation in those tables that fails the sanity test. There is certainly truth to the direction of victimization (blacks victimizing whites). There is no possibility of zero rapes in the other direction six years in a row despite your "state level" caveat.
In the 2002 table: http://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/cvus02.pdf 14.2% of black victims were raped by whites and 85.8% by blacks. Another statistic that can't be trusted which happened to hit in the other direction in the small sample size.
The figures you list are DOJ figures and cover all crimes. The figures from the gatewaypundit article only list FBI stats. They did research the Zero figure and confirmed it, according to the article. The period was for 4 years.

I wasn’t that surprised by that statitic, actually. I live near Memphis and know a few cops on that force. They were not able to pull up any cases of White on Black rape from that predominantly black city on their data base.
I do think there is a problem with the stats under Holder. I have heard former DOJ employees interviewed that said that he did not want statisitcs kept because they reflected so badly on Blacks.
You should not be surprised there are very few white on black rapes. But you should be concerned that the statistics you are using show a drop from thousands per year to zero per year. Essential problem is extrapolating small samples from census bureau phone surveys. How many black victims of white rape did they manage to reach in the zero years? Zero.
I didn’t realize the FBI based it’s statistics on phone surveys. Anyway, these are their stats, take them or leave them. I figure Freepers are smart enough to evaluate for themselves.
Probably. But for a fuller picture you might want to mention the 12,000 whites raping blacks in the prior two years followed by six years of zero whites raping blacks. That context will definitely help Freepers evaluate both the zero statistic and the 6k per year statistic (probably too high).

I took these figures from an article that originated at gatewaypundit.com. I don’t remember any links being provided. I wondered about that as well. When you think about it, murders are also usually handled by states. When crimes connect across state lines is usually when the feds step in. I think that especially with Holder in charge any stats coming out of DOJ are suspect.
I wonder how many Freepers know of cases of Whites raping Blacks? I honestly can’t think of any in my life experience, but maybe I’m the exception.
I found two article that support the Zero Whites rapes of Blacks statistic. I did a search “How many cases of White on Black rapes were reported in the U.S. in 2014?” These two sites had articles that said the statistics of White on Black rape were so small that they constituted 0% of all rapes reported.
