Face it. America is more segregated physically and psychologically than ever before. No matter who you are, white or black, you do not look upon or treat the other in a way you would treat your own. Political correctness prevents the expression of honest opinion or appropriate behavior. The “no go “ zones are physical, social and behavioral.

They are revolting over OUR white privilege.

They will burn and loot their own neighborhoods until they get racial justice.

And they demand that they be rebuilt on OUR(YOUR) dime.

Fortunately they have a black female Mayor and Prosecutor who put racial justice and opposing white privilege, and greedy businesses.

No justice NO peace,

It’s classic DEMOCRAT rule of “expediency” and “politics” over Law.

Reminds me of that poor nutty filmaker, who got the blame for the Benghazi disaster. Is he still in jail?

Democrats are happy to literally take and hold political prisoners.

You are right. No evidence has been presented. Except that he was entirely healthy when put in the van, and severely injured when he was removed from it.

Something happened in that van that wasn’t normal.

We’ll have to wait till evidence is released to make judgments about what that something was.

I think defending the cops, without evidence, is as biased as those who assume their guilt.

One fact that has struck me is that of the six cops, three are black and one is female. The driver, facing the most serious charges, and one of the supervisors, are both black.

"Was Baltimore looted and burned over policy violations?"

No. The damage was done by relatively few fatherless petty criminals from various locales. They used crazy political speech from all sides for cover.

As for military intervention in riots, see the sentiments in the following thread.

Ted Cruz ‘reached out to the Pentagon’ about martial law conspiracy theory
http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3285678/posts

Jade Helm 15 is only a training exercise for the defense of Americans. I propose that absolutely no military forces be mobilized to any trivial disputes about extents of local government control over Americans. Save the soldiers for the real, armed riots that may result in the near future from the socialist factions behind the default process.

I don’t care about Freddie Gray. That’s just the excuse.

Scum who like to riot and loot will take whatever opportunity they can. Freddie Gray is irrelevant. It’s time to bring out the water cannons and restore order.

A mere policy violation?

A policy to stop the injuries of people becoming cripples and dead from having their hands cuffed behind them inside of a slick, empty, metal van by cops, and then the cops keep doing it?

When cops earn a reputation for “nickel rides” and then ignore the fix, then there is a problem.

“At least five other people or their families have alleged they were harmed in the back of a police van since 1997, with several winning judgments or settling with police. Three were paralyzed by the ride, according to a recent review by The Baltimore Sun.

In one case, a 43-year-old plumber arrested for public urination was handcuffed and put in a van in good health but emerged a quadriplegic. He told his doctor he was not buckled into his seat and after a sharp turn he was “violently thrown around the back of the vehicle as [police officers] drove in an aggressive fashion,” according to a lawsuit.

The man died two weeks later of pneumonia caused by his paralysis, and his family initially won a $7.4 million award after a jury agreed three officers were negligent. It was reduced to $219,000 by Maryland’s Court of Special Appeals because state law caps such payouts.”

“It is police policy that all arrestees must be buckled in during transport. The policy, updated just nine days before Freddie Gray was injured, states “all passengers, regardless of age and location, shall be restrained by seat belts or other authorized restraining devices.””

Gray being supported and dragged to the van from two different perspectives.

Many on both sides of the real issue (government employees/pensioners vs. the American private sector) may find out what it's like to be carried by their arms cuffed behind their backs, if this decline continues. And as we've seen from many other reports, neither age nor sex will prevent such experiences from happening. In the conclusion, income levels and positions won't be respected either.

Despite pretenses from two small, noisy political factions, the issue is not black vs. white, and it's not between some geographical areas and others. It's neighbor against neighbor in each and every locale.

Look at the size of our national population. There's much more ingenuity and technical experience in the population than many are willing to realize. The truth is that for now, most people on all sides with grievances are playing nicely.

I agree with your take on this.

I would like to see the written prisoner transport policy, but I haven’t been able to find one on the net.

This is all B.S. This is nothing but another data point for the findings of Newark, NJ; Plainfield,NJ; Chicago,IL; Watts,CA; and Detroit,MI.

These are some of the events that spawned the race industry and gave publicity (and income) to the pimps of the race industry. Why didn't Harlem experience what these other cities (including Baltimore,MD) did when Dr. MLK was assassinated? It was because the race industry had not established those destructive steps as DUE PROCESS among generations of young people.

Those seeds of destruction were fertilized with the full support of LIBERALS who used these tragedies to grow government at all levels. So this nothing new, merely the continued growth of the race industry over the past fifty years!

From all the available evidence released so far, the most the cops involved can be accused of is a certain amount of neglect towards Grey. We still don't know (and might never know) exactly what happened to him inside the van.

But unless the prosecutors can prove the cops were either inside the van throwing the unsecured but shackled Grey around, or deliberately driving the van in a wild manner so as to cause severe injury to Grey, I don't see how in the h..l charges of murder can be filed against the police.

And the evidence revealed says no cops were in the van with Grey. And the driver was upset with the banging noises he heard from inside the van. Which shows he was probably driving normally and not trying to harm Grey. And the records show the cops stopped the van several times to check on Grey. The whole thing is absurd.

I look forward to seeing this evidence. But it better be good since Baltimore was looted and burned over it.

It wasn't burned over any "evidence", it was burned as a social movement to legalize left-wing thuggery and mayhem "just because".

None of us has seen enough evidence to form anything but a sketchy opinion - they don't need no stinkin' evidence....

No.

Baltimore was looted and burned over a deliberately engineered breakdown of civilization, taking place over multiple generations of parasites and multiple generations of socialists.
