Do you understand about YOUR HANDS being cuffed BEHIND your back?

Not on padded bench seats with legs bolted to the floor for your feet to work against for stabilization, but instead, here, the place where the people get crippled and sue, and where-----“It is police policy that all arrestees must be buckled in during transport. The policy, updated just nine days before Freddie Gray was injured, states “all passengers, regardless of age and location, shall be restrained by seat belts or other authorized restraining devices.””---- .

So you agree that the cops murdered this guy by not belting him in, right?

Not even close. I used busses for many years. On a bus you can grab a handle hold (the seat in front of you) and splay your feet out to maintain balance.

Bus routes for the most part are designed to for easy driving, and drivers don’t take sharp turns at speed nor do they suddenly stop and just as suddenly start.

And yes, if the bus driver is driving erratically they do get yelled at from the passengers and yes people do end up on the floor and do end up suing the city.

Where is the evidence that he was “entirely healthy when put in the van”?

This is all B.S. This is nothing but another data point for the findings of Newark, NJ; Plainfield,NJ; Chicago,IL; Watts,CA; and Detroit,MI.

These are some of the events that spawned the race industry and gave publicity (and income) to the pimps of the race industry. Why didn't Harlem experience what these other cities (including Baltimore,MD) did when Dr. MLK was assassinated? It was because the race industry had not established those destructive steps as DUE PROCESS among generations of young people.

Those seeds of destruction were fertilized with the full support of LIBERALS who used these tragedies to grow government at all levels. So this nothing new, merely the continued growth of the race industry over the past fifty years!

From all the available evidence released so far, the most the cops involved can be accused of is a certain amount of neglect towards Grey. We still don't know (and might never know) exactly what happened to him inside the van.

But unless the prosecutors can prove the cops were either inside the van throwing the unsecured but shackled Grey around, or deliberately driving the van in a wild manner so as to cause severe injury to Grey, I don't see how in the h..l charges of murder can be filed against the police.

And the evidence revealed says no cops were in the van with Grey. And the driver was upset with the banging noises he heard from inside the van. Which shows he was probably driving normally and not trying to harm Grey. And the records show the cops stopped the van several times to check on Grey. The whole thing is absurd.

I look forward to seeing this evidence. But it better be good since Baltimore was looted and burned over it.

It wasn't burned over any "evidence", it was burned as a social movement to legalize left-wing thuggery and mayhem "just because".

None of us has seen enough evidence to form anything but a sketchy opinion - they don't need no stinkin' evidence....

The most damning part of the story for the cops, as I see it, is their refusal (multiple times) to render or request medical assistance, especially at the van’s last stop when Gray appeared to be unresponsive. Those repeated failures could go beyond mere negligence, and could be considered reckless disregard for human life (which is what the prosecution would have to prove to get a conviction on the murder charge). A lot will depend on the evidence/testimony about what exactly happened at each of the van’s stops.

And yes, I am aware of the rumors/reports that Gray had a history of seeking medical attention when he was arrested. Plenty of arrestees do, and that may explain why the officers did what they did. But, the bottom line is, if you are a police officer, and you have someone in your custody, and that person requests medical attention multiple times, and you do not provide medical assistance, and the person winds up dead, then you are going to have a lot to answer for.

"lot to answer for"

Sure...I agree....the police have to take reasonable precautions to avoid injury to prisoners in their custody. But even if they're guilty of negligence in Grey's case, it still falls far short of murder. All the facts/evidence are still not in, and this wacko prosecutor accuses the cops of murder?

The most she should have said is that they don't have all the facts and the cops could be guilty of extreme negligence. Based on the flimsy evidence she had that's all she should have said. But she was revealing her own prejudices and pandering to the mob.

How many thousands of prisoners have been transported more or less the same way Grey was transported but didn't suffer severe injuries? One drug-addled perp gets himself killed, and the cops are guilty of murder? It's just too much. Again, if this Grey guy were white, would there be this kind of carnival and crazy accusations? I doubt it.

Good point. Went back and reviewed some of the atrocious video, and it does indeed look like he might have been injured when loaded in. Would sure like to see autopsy results.

That is probably the most accurate statement I have seen posted in all these arguments so far. Exactly right.

BREAD AND CIRCUS

The officers are thrown to the lions. The mob exploded in a paroxysm of irrational jubilation. A Che Guevara style kangaroo court will judge the accused policemen - according to mob law, no more innocent until proven guilty. Four of the six accused officers are the ones charged with manslaughter. Of those 4, three are Blacks and one is White. Their heads will be presented to the mobs in a silver plate to placate the rabble of noisy angry thugs.

“The liberal left can be as rigid and destructive as any force in American life.” Dem. senator Daniel Moynihan

Democratic hard left control of Baltimore is the root causes of the riots and racial division in spite that all the power is in the hand of Black democrats for several generations.

Baltimore Mayor, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, ordered the police: to “stand down” “LET THEM LOOT. IT’ S ONLY PROPERTY”. We saw hell explode after the Black democratic mayor gave the thugs carte blanche to destroy the city. The police weren’t allowed to defend the city. More than 100 officers were injured, some seriously.

Why the Baltimore riots, looting and destruction of their own Black neighborhoods? Did the Blacks doubted for a moment that the Black establishment in control of Baltimore will fail to condemn the officers to the highest penalty allowed by Law?

Facts are irrelevant for Anarchists, Communists, professionals agitators and “community organizers” followers of Marxist Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” strategy.

Obama is the most racist and divisive president in our history. Obama does not want unity. He wants to keep the country as polarized and disoriented as possible. Obama has been inflaming racial tension since he took power. According Alinisky’s tactics adopted by Obama, change has to be brought through relentless agitation and “trouble making” of a kind that radically disrupts society as it is.

David Horowitz' excellent recently published pamphlet "Barack Obama's Rules for Revolution: The Alinsky Model" offers keen insights into Alinsky and what it might mean when Alinsky followers are in positions of power. The conclusions he reaches are not pleasant but are borne out by current events, public utterances of the president, his history, and the work of Alinsky himself.

What we are seeing is the most radical President in our country’s history who is unable to govern because governing is not his purpose. The Alinskyite, ever the destroyer of institutions, cannot govern because governments and societies are built upon institutions.

Do Black lives really matter? How many of the parents of Blacks murdered by Blacks received a call of Obama or send his personal representative to the funeral? Did our condolences in chief has ever called the parents of so many Whites killed by Blacks?

As Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke said : Obama ‘Quietly Enjoying’ Unrest in Baltimore.

This is all bull pucky. School buses don't have seat belts either. Thousands upon thousands of school kids ride in buses daily and there are rarely injuries.

Where are all these people injured in police vans? Why aren't they being profiled? There's got to be a ton of them if this is such a big issue. Why is it not an issue in other cities and towns? The media hasn't reported on this big, non-existent problem in the country.

Maybe we should spend more taxpayers dollars on nicer vehicles for prisoners to cruise to the jailhouse in luxury. Maybe stereo and even a mini-bar. Why not? Will that stop the whining from these apologists for criminal thugs who know how to game the system?

No.

Baltimore was looted and burned over a deliberately engineered breakdown of civilization, taking place over multiple generations of parasites and multiple generations of socialists.

You seem to agree and that was the point. There were possible policy and safety violations.

But where is all the blatant police brutality here?

Looking back at what occurred the last week, I saw thousands outraged over alleged violent police brutality towards people of color.

I saw black leaders, the Mayor, the President of the United States and others publicly say, imply or suggest the police are racist against blacks, while others are demanding police brutality against blacks must stop.

People were holding up signs, screaming, chanting racism still exists in America and they’re not going to take it anymore.

Death threats were made, people were beaten, building burned, looted etc. All this because of policy violations?

Then we find half the 6 suspects are black and evidence of intentional violent police racism against Mr. Gray is no where to be found. Or has yet to even be revealed.
